Cllr. Nonteto Tafane

With a dedicated history of service to the community, she first served the Greater Taung Local Municipality as the ANC’s Ward 12 Councillor and a member of the crucial Finance Portfolio Committee during the 2011 – 2016 Term of Council. Following her subsequent election as an ANC Proportional Representative (PR) Councillor in the 2021 Local Government Elections, she was appointed to the role of Chairperson of Corporate Services for GTLM in November 2021, where she now applies her extensive experience to oversee the internal administrative and support functions vital to the municipality's operations.
